MONEY MARKETS-Dollar Libor rises above U.S. 3-year yield

NEW YORK, Aug 10 (Reuters) - A benchmark rate that banks

charge each other to borrow dollars on Wednesday rose above the

yield on U.S. three-year Treasury notes for the second time

since October 2012.
