UPDATE 1-Monte Paschi rescue unchanged after CEO exit -Italy's Padoan

BRATISLAVA, Sept 10 (Reuters) - A rescue plan for Italian

bank Monte dei Paschi will not be modified following

the resignation on Thursday of its boss, the country's economy
